Description

The Hervey Bay YHA hostel is part of campsite it offers all the facilities and convenience of a resort, surrounded by 8 acres of tropical landscaped gardens and pathways. The main building consists of a reception area, a good and cheap restaurant, and relax area. The hostel is a bit out of town, so a car might be handy. As all the hostels in Hervey Bay Colonial Bay rents out 4WD landcruisers, for your trip to fraser island. Because the cabins have all the facilities people tend so stay in there, that’s a shame as the main building has a good vibe. The hostel is a bit out of town but a courtesy bus is running to pick people up and drop you of at the shops or busstop.
